Via this link you can fill in your personal details to create an account, by doing so you agree to the terms and conditions for both Schuttert Sport Sales and ClipMyHorseAuction. After pressing on the button “Register Now” you will receive a confirmation email.
Verification
To bid online at the auction your account must first be approved by Schuttert Sport Sales. Once your account has been approved you will receive an email with a link to create a username and password.
Online Bidding
On the day of the auction Saturday 6th July you can log into the bidding page prior to the auction. Enter your username and password which will then redirect you to the bidding page. Before you are able to bid, you must first unlock the bid button by simply clicking the unlock bid button. After unlocking the bid button you have access to bid live on the auction with a single click on the bid button. For the purpose of speed, no confirmation of your bid will be requested. The bid button always displays the most recently requested bid. During the auction you must always be reachable on the mobile phone number you have entered in your profile.
Highest Bidder
If you are the highest bidder you will receive a confirmation email. You will be contacted after the auction.
Live Bidding
If you are interested in purchasing a foal or young showjumping horse during the Schuttert Sport Sales auction, you must raise your hand to place a bid. When you have the last offer, one of our hostesses will present you with a purchase contract that must be signed directly. After or during the auction you must report to the secretary to proceed with the payment process.
Phone Bidding
It is also possible to bid via telephone during Schuttert Sport Sales. You can do so by indicating prior to the auction via email or telephone that you would like to bid by telephone during the auction. We will then contact you to discuss further details. Before the start of the auction we will put you in contact with one of the employees of Schuttert Sport Sales, which will then allow you to place a bid over the phone.
Payment Options
After the auction, you report to the secretariat. There you need to hand over your contact details. If requested from Schuttert Sport Sales you can hand over a bank guarantee, which will give you permission to pay by giro. The amount must then be paid within 7 days after the auction to the account of Schuttert Sport Sales.
